Our goal is to produce high-quality publications in renowned journals, support our members in advancing their academic and professional growth, and guide them toward conducting impactful, real-world research. 1. Our prioritization sequence.
According to this priority list, every member will be prioritized in Scientia RISE across all sectors.
1. Capability: Ability will be the 1st priority in Scientia RISE. In every sector, your capability will be considered.
2. Qualification: Your academic qualifications and other skills, including extracurricular activities.
3. Dedication: How dedicated you are to your work.
4. Trustworthy: How effectively can you complete your task?
5. Collaboration: How much are you connected with Scientia RISE?
6. Honesty: How honest are you with your task and Scientia RISE?
2. Enrolment and Commitment
All prospective members are required to submit an application, which will be reviewed by our selection committee. Once accepted, members are required to work exclusively for the Scientia RISE team during the term of their membership. Concurrent work with other associations or organizations that could lead to conflicts of interest is strictly prohibited. Members must prioritize their Scientia RISE duties and responsibilities during their membership period. Sharing intellectual property is strictly prohibited
3. Presence and Timeliness
 • Members are expected to be consistently prompt. This means adhering to scheduled meetings, adhering to assigned work hours, and meeting project deadlines.
 • The administration must be informed immediately of any anticipated or unanticipated absences.
 • Writing and editing must be completed in the allotted time.
4. Professionalism
 • All team members are expected to engage with others professionally, and professionalism is anticipated when working with data. • It is essential to emphasize that having fun is feasible as long as it is done courteously.
5. Data security and privacy
 • Every member is required to respect Scientia RISE’s intellectual property.
 • Members are required to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information and exclusive information about Scientia RISE, including documents, PDFs, videos, and messages; any unauthorised disclosure of such information may result in immediate termination and legal repercussions; and any member who divulges any Scientia RISE intellectual property will be permanently removed from Scientia RISE.
6. Conflict Resolution
Participants are encouraged to resolve issues or disagreements through open and polite dialogue. If needed, individuals can request assistance from the Administration. Unresolved conflicts interfering with the association’s ability to function could lead to additional participation or disciplinary action.
7. Situation Exceptions
Members must notify the Administration immediately if they encounter a valid circumstance that prevents them from being on time or fulfilling their professional responsibilities. The association coordinator can make exceptions for actual crises on a case-by-case basis.
8. Late Submission of Papers
 • In Phases 1 or 2, participants who cannot present a paper by the deadline must contact the administrative staff and submit the necessary paperwork.
 • It is imperative to remember that for an article to be published, each member of an organization must rely on the others. If you accept responsibilities, you have to carry them out.
• A member will be temporarily removed from the group if they do not submit the assignment.
9. Payment of Monthly Charges
 • As per the standard deadline, the monthly charge must be paid by the tenth of every month. Each member is required to pay a monthly charge of 100 BDT. Please contact the Finance and Administrative Department immediately if you encounter any issues. Alternatively, the person may be removed from the squad by the Scientia RISE.
10. Termination
Depending on the severity of the violation and the Administration’s decision, members who repeatedly or egregiously violate these standards and guidelines may be subject to disciplinary actions, including limitation or expulsion from the Scientia RISE.
11. Email
Every member of Scientia RISE should check their mail regularly. If they encounter any problems, they should email our official address immediately.
If they fail to follow this rule, it will be considered unprofessional behavior, and they will be suspended or removed from the group.

12. Regulation Modification
• Scientia RISE can still change these rules and regulations as needed. All members will be informed of such changes and can provide feedback or ask questions before the changes are implemented.
 • By joining Scientia RISE, you affirm your commitment to upholding the association’s values and standards and following these guidelines, thereby contributing to a unified and dedicated team.
